Arab Welfare Association School
About Us
The AWA School, an initiative of the Arab Welfare Association since 2004, provides a well-rounded educational programme tailored for students aged 5 to 16. The curriculum balances essential skills in reading, writing, and grammar with practical conversational training, enriching students’ linguistic capabilities. Additionally, AWA School offers lessons in Quran and Islamic Studies, integrating these subjects to foster both academic and spiritual growth. This comprehensive approach supports students in building strong language foundations while connecting with their cultural and religious heritage.
Our teachers are not only native speakers of Arabic but also hold the academic qualification to teach Arabic in accordance with the UK education system. They have the relevant skills, knowledge and passion for teaching that ensure that a student receives a high-quality education per their needs.
