HOME-SCHOOL AGREEMENT

PARENT SHOULD
-Ensure your child comes to school on time, and attends assembly,
-Make sure your child is picked up on time. We will allow delay of 15 minutes, thereafter a charge of £5 per child will be applicable,
-Make the pupil attend all school days unless there is a good reason, in which case you will inform the school about the absence and its cause, either by phone or text message,
-Make sure that your child always brings all books and stationary needed for his / her study,
-Help the pupil with their studies at home, and ensure they do their homework regularly,
-Pay the school fees as and when they are due as agreed with the administration,
-Be prepared to come to school any time in the case of an emergency,
-Let the school know of any change of address or phone number,
-Be responsible for any damage caused by their child, by ensuring that your child is aware that vandalism of any kind will not be tolerated, and action will be taken,
-Send suitable snacks for break, lunch times,
-Encourage my child to speak Arabic at home and get him or her to behave according to Islamic manners and to do prayers on time,
-Raise any problems or concerns, and co-operate with the school to achieve the best results.

THE SCHOOL WILL
-Provide a happy, safe, caring and stimulating environment,
-Encourage your child to make excellent progress in their studies,
-Arrange parents meeting where general progress will be discussed,
-Ensure that lessons are well planned and structured and cater for your child’s ability,
-Inform parents about any concerns regarding attendance, punctuality, behaviour.

TERMINATION TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT
-If, for whatever reason you need to withdraw your child from the school, please note that we need to have a minimum of 1 month written notice.
-Failure to receive a written notice, you will lose your administration fee,
-A full refund of the Administration fee will be given once the notice is received in time as well as the paid remaining sessions.
